BIG4 HOLIDAY PARKS OF AUSTRALIA CANCELLATION POLICY 

When making a direct booking, you acknowledge and agree that all bookings and deposits are accepted by Argylla Tourist Park subject to the following cancellation policy 

For bookings through Agents and third parties please refer to their appropriate policy. 

Cancellation of Bookings made in the Low Season 

During the Low Season, deposits will only be refunded if Argylla Tourist Park is notified of your cancellation before 9am on the day before your scheduled arrival. 

If notice of your cancellation is received after 9am on the day before your scheduled arrival Argylla Tourist Park may retain all of the deposit money.

Cancellation Bookings made wholly or partially in High or Mid Seasons* 

During High and Mid Year Seasons, deposits will only be refunded to you if you notify Argylla Tourist Park of your cancellation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. 

If you provide less than 30 days’ notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the category of site or cabin that you booked is able to be resold. 

Argylla Tourist Park has specified what period are High, Mid or Low season on the bottom of their listing in the BIG4 accommodation guide.

Failure to Notify of Cancellation 

If you do not notify Argylla Tourist Park of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled by Argylla Tourist Park without any refund to you.

Group Bookings and Special Offers 

Please note that the above conditions do not apply to group bookings (that is bookings taken as a group booking) or bookings that are made pursuant to a “Special Offer”.  We ask that you enquire as to Argylla Tourist Park ’s refund policy when making a Group Booking or a booking pursuant to a Special Offer. 

*  Please note that the “Low” and “High/Mid/All Year” seasons for each BIG4 Holiday Park are specified in the BIG4 Accommodation Guide.
